Hi, I have been in the line of sales development & telemarketing since 2015 - Closing deals for real estate, various tech support, health insurance, customer service and high ticket closing in multiple industries; doing demos and onboardings on Zoom as well as giving daily classes. I began working on Upwork.com early 2020, and have achieved amazing results for my clients. I’m blessed with the opportunities the freelancing platform and previous work experiences have given me. The highlight for me was In June 2021, I became General Manager for a company in Miami Florida called BluChip llc. My roles were hiring operators, quality checking calls and supervising the whole department in the US office. I’d like to add that I am a native English speaker - I maintain professionalism everywhere at all times. I am familiar with multiple dialers and crms. I recently finished a project with Uphex and I was with them for a year where I did product demos and took daily classes for the users.
