Pipelines that fill in company and contact details on new leads, and notices that put the right record in front of the right person in Slack or email when something changes. → Automated briefings. A Python service that pulls meeting transcripts, generates AI summaries, and routes follow-ups to the right place. → Systems integration. Make (Advanced certified), Python, and custom code connecting Salesforce, Monday, Twilio, Google Workspace, MySQL, and whatever else is in the stack. I work best with small and mid-sized companies that need a senior person on call — not a full-time hire, and not an agency with a project manager sitting between you and the work. Most clients start with one problem and stay; my longest current engagement is 550+ hours and still running. I'm also a specialist in SugarCRM and SuiteCRM — 12+ years of custom modules, logic hooks, API work, upgrades, and commercial add-ons published in the official marketplaces.
