A Claude-based agent wired directly into Salesforce via SOQL, answering relationship and pipeline questions in plain English instead of someone building another report. → LLM email and document processing. Classification and extraction pipelines that read inbound mail, pull out what matters, and write it straight into CRM records. → Automated briefings. A Python service that pulls meeting transcripts, generates AI summaries, and routes follow-ups to the right place. → Systems integration. Make (Advanced certified), Python, and custom code connecting Salesforce, Monday, Twilio, Google Workspace, MySQL, and whatever else is in the stack. I work best with small and mid-sized companies that need a senior person on call — not a full-time hire, and not an agency with a project manager sitting between you and the work. Most clients start with one problem and stay; my longest current engagement is 550+ hours and still running. I'm also a specialist in SugarCRM and SuiteCRM — 12+ years of custom modules, logic hooks, API work, upgrades, and commercial add-ons published in the official marketplaces.
