I led multiple medical campaigns for a US healthcare account. As a supervisor, I am trained to be flexible and proactive in order to have the campaigs run smoothly. I work closely with the Client Services Managers and ensure that communications are clear and being followed by my agents. To help my agents understand and value the campaigns, I do daily audits of their transactions, conduct side by side activities to identify the best practices and coach them as needed. I also have created Business Process Models and SOPs to help them have a better understanding of the process in cases they have confusion on it. Prior to leading medical campaigns, I worked remotely in the quality team for a company in the life science industry that conducts web reseach for scientific experts. I also have teaching experience which molded me to become flexible in approaching different kinds of learners.
