I’m a visual content reviewer and photo curator with nearly 6 years of experience reviewing photographic content for a global stock photography platform. My job is not just about checking whether a photo is technically good. A photo can be sharp, well exposed and technically correct and still not be the right image. I look at composition, overall visual appeal, originality, relevance, and whether an image fits the aesthetic and standards of the platform. Over the years, I’ve reviewed a very large volume of images and developed a good understanding of what works visually and what doesn’t. I’m comfortable making independent decisions and applying detailed guidelines consistently, even when the answer isn’t always black and white. My experience also includes identifying potential copyright and intellectual property issues, flagging problematic content and contributor profiles, and communicating with contributors when needed. I also have a background in photography and photo editing, including Photoshop and Lightroom, so I understand both the creative and technical side of an image. I’m interested in projects involving photo curation, visual content review, image evaluation, content moderation, image research, copyright and licensing review, and visual evaluation for AI-related projects.
