US SEC Reporting: I have over 9 years of experience in SEC reporting: I worked for a filing agency and having experience in dealing with the below: EDGAR (all form types ) including Form 3, Form 4 and Form 5. Typesetting and Filing with SEC Others (see below) 1. Form ID application - submitting the application on client's behalf and obtain the EDGAR filer codes. (Including passphrase update) 2. Any request for a refund from SEC 3. Follow up with SEC EDGAR for checking the funds in the client account 4. Submitting the filings through EDGAR online. Financial Data Collection: Experience in financial data collection, worked with US client for 4 years and Job involved as below: Research and analysis the financial data from Forms filed with SEC (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy statements) and collect the necessary information. I have been worked with a team for more than 800 banking institutions and 200+ insurance companies located in the US. The financial information is gathered from the Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow Statement, Shareholders' equity table, Average Daily Balance, Capital ratio, Segment data etc. Others data per client requirement are the number of employees, outstanding shares at the COB, Basic and diluted shares (per share), weighted average shares (Basic and Diluted). Data Entry: I have a good number of experience in data entry. Good typing skill (45 WPM with good accuracy).
