Dinesh P.

US-based senior platform and SRE engineer in Georgetown, Texas. 20 years in infrastructure, 100% Job Success across 1,820 hours on Upwork. I run production AWS estates and the pipelines that change them safely. What I do day to day: - Terraform-managed AWS estates, reviewed like application code so every change is auditable - Golden AMI pipelines on a monthly patch cadence, which also produces clean compliance evidence - Kubernetes at scale: multi-tenant EKS cluster lifecycle and upgrades, RBAC and quota isolation between teams, ArgoCD and Helm GitOps - CI/CD on GitHub Actions, including reusable workflow libraries other teams adopted - Observability with Dynatrace, CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry, turned into alerts people act on rather than dashboards nobody opens - On-call, incident response and post-incident review ownership Where I have done it: multi-tenant EKS for many product teams at Sony Interactive Entertainment, AKS platforms with Crossplane at Activision Blizzard where approved infrastructure patterns were exposed as a self-service API, and today a SaaS platform serving school districts. On the AI side: I ship, not prototype. I build MCP servers that put production systems safely in reach of LLM clients, including a Dynatrace MCP server exposing observability data and an AWS MCP server for infrastructure operations. I have built AI products and taken them to production, which means owning the parts people skip: auth, scoping what the model is allowed to reach, keeping credentials out of its context, and having an answer for when the output is confidently wrong. Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS AI Practitioner, CKA, CKAD, KCNA, KCSA. Good fit if you need someone who can take ownership of an AWS or Kubernetes estate and leave it documented enough that your team can run it afterward. Tell me what is breaking or what you are trying to ship, and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person.
