Mariano D.
Real Estate & Architectural Video Editor | Cinematic Property Films
I edit real estate and architectural video: cinematic property films, listing walkthroughs, agent branding pieces and vertical reels. Over 6 years specialising in property content, and more than 10 years as an editor. A property video has one job, to make someone want to stand in that room. Everything else serves that. Which shots stay and which go, how long a move is allowed to breathe before the cut, whether the grade feels like the house or like a filter. I care about getting that right, and I'd rather ask you one good question before starting than hand back something technically clean that misses what you were going for. What I edit Cinematic property and architectural films; 30 seconds to several minutes Listing walkthroughs and agent branding videos Luxury, hospitality and resort content Land, development and commercial property pieces Vertical reels and shorts for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube (properly reframed, not cropped) Long-form YouTube tours and talking-head edits Color is my strongest area. Shot matching across mixed interior and exterior light, exposure and white balance recovery, and S-Log3 and other LOG footage taken through to a natural, elevated final grade. Drone matched to gimbal so a film reads as one shoot rather than three sources. No oversaturation, no orange casts, no fake HDR just the property, looking like the best version of itself. The rest of the toolkit: stabilisation, perspective and lens correction, sound design and music integration, elegant titles and location labels, motion graphics where they genuinely add something, and clean, organised project files handed back so you can adjust anything later. How I work Turnaround: typically 24–48 hours per video; longer pieces 3 days. Rush work when you need it. Your style, not mine. Send reference edits or brand guidelines and I'll build a short style spec, confirm it with you, then work to it consistently across every project. The goal is that your clients never notice the editing changed hands. Communication: I answer quickly and I flag problems early. If footage has a limitation, you'll hear it from me before the deadline, not after. Software: Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro, with After Effects for motion and titles, plus Photoshop and Lightroom. Comfortable with mixed sources - Sony, DJI, GoPro, iPhone — and with AI tools where they genuinely hold up. Most of my work is ongoing: media companies, photographers, and agents who send me footage every week. That's what I'm looking for — a few clients I get to know well rather than a queue of one-off jobs. If you'd like to see the fit on your own material rather than on my portfolio, I'm glad to cut it so you can see the fit on your own footage.
