Registered Nutritionist Dietitian | Fitness VA | Meal Planner

I’m a Licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian in the Philippines with 12 years of experience. I’m a strong advocate for good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, so nutrition-related tasks are a passion project for me. I even created a Nutrition Manual for people living with Diabetes. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Public Health, which has deepened my skills in research and evidence-based practice. I’ve been collaborating with fitness and health coaches across the globe for 6 years, taking part in both technical and administrative tasks. Let me be your VA so we can streamline your projects, research, and program development.
