Peter V.

Peter is a TOP RATED professional freelance cartoonist specializing in caricature and humorous illustration. Passionate about comics and cartoons he has been doing cartoons, caricature, comics, and illustration for over 20 years. In the last year or so, he switched from traditional "old school" pen on paper, to hand drawing and painting digitally in Sketchbook Pro. (Although he still offers the traditional options when required.) Specializing in caricature, he does Live Draws at functions and events (not so much since Covid!) as well as from photographs. Peter's love for the art of caricature comes through no matter what medium or reason for the art. He loves drawing faces and capturing not just the features but the personality and essence of the subject. He also enjoys adding little surprises in his editorial and political cartoons. Strong communications and solid planning is essential to ensure the best quality work. Having ad agency experience enables him to take briefs, work quickly and deliver quality work, fast. He also has fun, which shows in his work! Happy clients include many top international companies and individuals. His editorial/political work has featured on a number of Web sites, blogs and various publications such as The Sunday Times.
