My experience is in Sales and Recruiting with exposure to Human Resources & HR Analytics. I have over 10 years of work experience with several years of tenure in management, including some mid-level positions. I have experience attending executive-level meetings to build strategy and put together staffing and execution plans along with brainstorming and finding solutions for organizational development issues. I am very passionate about diverse perspectives in the workplace and have the knowledge and resources to build effective strategic growth plans of any capacity. In addition, over the past few years I’ve gained experience in planning and zoning with an exposure to city/community development and advocacy. I have 10+ years of work experience with several years tenure in leadership, community servant leadership and management. I am extremely active in the community and have served on several credible committees and boards over the past few years. I enjoy utilizing my experience and expertise to assist smart growth goals and contribute to our great state’s success.
