Hi there my name is Brian, I am currently living in El Salvador Central America. I have been working in between the callcenter industry since 2012 and remotely from 2019. I have over 9 years of experience in several areas such as Customer Service, Dispatch & Sales as well as Virtual administrator or Assistant. I have been a customer service advocate and a sales rep myself so I have a clear understanding of how to treat consumers and how to take good care of them as well. I am a team player, enjoy communication, always looking for better ways to improve the system that I am working with if possible. I am currently working on an administrative level coordinating maintenance for a company in the U.S but on the look for opportunities that would help me grow and develop my skills to the next level.
