Senior Manual QA Engineer | Web & Mobile Testing
Senior Manual QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience testing complex Web and Mobile applications. I help teams deliver stable, reliable products by finding not only obvious bugs, but also edge cases, UX issues, regression risks, and problems that are easy to miss during development. I’ve worked on 8+ projects across different industries, including developing and testing software solutions used by Disney UK, General Motors, and Amazon. My experience includes working with early-stage startups and building QA processes from the early stages of a product, as well as joining established products with complex existing functionality and quickly getting up to speed with their systems, processes, and business logic. What I can help you with: ⚙️ Manual testing of Web, iOS, and Android applications ⚙️ Functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, integration, cross-browser & cross-platform testing ⚙️ Requirements analysis and identifying gaps, unclear scenarios, and potential risks before development ⚙️ Testing new features from requirements through release ⚙️ Full regression and pre-release testing ⚙️ Creating and maintaining test cases, checklists, test plans, and other QA documentation ⚙️ Clear, detailed bug reports with reliable reproduction steps ⚙️ Identifying edge cases, UX issues, and potential regression risks ⚙️ Working closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other QA engineers ⚙️ Participating in Agile/Scrum processes, requirements discussions, grooming, planning, and retrospectives Tools & technical experience: 🔧 Jira — extensive hands-on experience with bug tracking, QA workflows, and project management 🔧 Browser DevTools — extensive use for investigation, debugging, network analysis, and testing 🔧 Figma — validating implementations against designs and specifications 🔧 Postman / API testing — hands-on experience with REST API testing I have multiple physical devices available for testing across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows, as well as experience using emulators and simulators for broader device and OS coverage. I’m comfortable working independently or as part of an established team. I can quickly understand an existing product, investigate complex functionality, communicate effectively with the development team, and take ownership of QA throughout the development and release cycle. If you need an experienced QA engineer who can understand your product, think beyond predefined test cases, and take ownership of quality, I’d be happy to discuss your project.
