Hello, my name is Cesar Junior and I’m a food and still life photographer. I am the co-founder of Apis & Co Studio - a photography studio specialized in the gastronomy sector. Our style brings the essence of every dish or product naturally and with reality, always putting the food or drink in a work of art, giving it an authentic atmosphere that goes straight to the main point: the appetite. I’ve been a professional photographer for over 20 years, and have been working exclusively with food & beverage for the last 12 years. I also have a background in culinary and in the restaurant business, being also a trained chef with extensive experience in the culinary world. Every detail of a product, chef, restaurant, producer or gastronomic event is captured by my lenses and the images produced are the basis of each story to be told, where the richness of details, authenticity and visual information are of vital importance. And as an expert in food photography, I take care of everything from styling, sourcing props and ingredients, reproducing recipes (if necessary) and post-production, and always talk to the clients about the mood and style so the images created reflect perfectly the concept of the products.
