Google Ads Manager | Law Firms, Service Businesses & White Label PPC
Two kinds of people hire me. Business owners whose reports show clicks and impressions but who can't say which keyword produced their last customer. That's a tracking problem before it's an ads problem, and it's the account I fix. Agencies that have sold more than they can staff. You keep the client relationship, I do the work in your accounts under your name. Six years running Google Ads, $3M+ in managed spend, across agency and in-house sides, now running my own practice out of Minnesota. Deepest in law firms, home services, trucking, and insurance — businesses where one job or case is worth thousands and inquiries come in by phone. What I do: account audits and rebuilds, conversion tracking setup (GTM, GA4, CallRail, CRM), offline conversion imports so Google bids toward signed clients instead of form fills, search term and negative work, RSA testing, and reporting written in plain language. For law firms, ad copy and landing page claims get written to stay inside your state bar's advertising rules. Verified result: a criminal defense firm's cost per call dropped 21% and conversions rose 33% after I fixed three conversion tracking failures, on a 5% budget increase. Individual result; yours depends on your market and offer. Best fit: $5,000+/month in ad spend, a landing page built for the service you're advertising, and someone who answers the phone within a few minutes during business hours. For agencies: three or more accounts to hand off, or one that's too complex for your current team. Not a fit: brand new to ads and testing whether they work, ads pointing at a homepage you don't want to change, or leads sitting for hours before anyone calls back. Ads can't fix intake, and I'd rather say that now than take three months of your money. I take 12 clients at a time. Send an invite and I'll tell you specifically what I'd check first in your account.
