Operations & Project Manager | Systems, Client Success, Asana & SOPs
You know that person who notices the deadline nobody followed up on, the process that makes no sense, and the task everyone assumed someone else was handling? Hi. That’s me. I’m an operations and project management professional who helps small businesses and growing teams turn chaos into clear, repeatable systems. I’m especially good at stepping into businesses where there are a lot of moving pieces, information lives in the owner’s head, and someone needs to take ownership of keeping things moving. WHAT I HELP WITH: • Project and campaign management • Client onboarding and customer success • Workflow creation and optimization • Asana, ClickUp and project management setup • SOPs and process documentation • Team coordination and follow-up • Deadline and deliverable tracking • CRM and pipeline management • Administrative operations • Launch and content coordination • KPI tracking and reporting • Automation and process improvement • Vendor and contractor coordination • Digital organization and documentation I’m not someone who needs a perfectly organized business before I can jump in. Give me the messy process, the half-built project board, the Loom videos, and the things currently living in your head. I’ll help turn them into something your team can actually run. HOW I WORK: I’m proactive, hands-on, and comfortable owning the execution side of operations. That means I’m not just creating a beautiful project board and walking away. I’m checking what’s overdue. I’m following up with the person we’re waiting on. I’m noticing the missing step. I’m documenting the process while we improve it. And I’m bringing leadership the few things that actually require their attention instead of adding more noise to their day. I work especially well with founders, solopreneurs, and small teams who need someone capable of operating independently without creating another person they have to constantly manage. EXPERIENCE: • Fractional COO and operations support for small businesses and growing teams • Director of Operations for a fractional CFO business, managing client delivery, workflows, SOPs, onboarding, team coordination, and backend operations • Operations management within tax and accounting firms, including workflow improvement, client experience, reporting, systems, and process documentation • Marketing and launch operations involving email campaigns, funnels, content workflows, project timelines, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination • Client onboarding and customer success systems designed to create a smoother experience from signed contract through ongoing delivery • Association and executive operations experience managing deadlines, committees, communications, documentation, meetings, and large amounts of constantly changing information • Background in real estate and new construction coordination where deadlines, documents, clients, vendors, and multiple stakeholders all had to stay aligned • Business owner who manages my own bookkeeping, operations, systems, contractors, and administrative processes TOOLS: • Asana, ClickUp, Trello • Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 • Slack, Zoom, Calendly • Zapier and workflow automation • QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Stripe • Kit/ConvertKit, Kajabi, ThriveCart • TaxDome, Karbon and accounting-firm platforms • Canva and basic marketing/content tools • ChatGPT, Claude and AI-assisted workflows I’m also very comfortable learning new software. The tool matters less to me than understanding what the process is supposed to accomplish. WHAT YOU GET: • Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be chased • Clearer workflows and responsibilities • Fewer dropped balls and last-minute surprises • Better visibility into what is done, overdue, blocked, or waiting • Processes that are documented instead of living in someone’s head • A better client experience • More time for the owner or leadership team to focus on growth I can work at both levels: zooming out to figure out why a process isn’t working and then zooming right back in to actually fix it, build it, document it, and keep it moving. If your business has grown faster than the systems supporting it, I’m probably going to feel right at home.
