Personal: I am passionate about my Work and Life. I am a wife of 37 years, a mother and a grandmother. I live in Hilton, South Africa. I am a busy person and have many hobbies including walking, music, reading, sewing, being with friends and family. I try to ensure that my life is very balanced. When younger, I played and Coached hockey at a Provincial level. I then married and became a mother of 2 girls, and became a grandmother in 2021- and consider being a wife, mother and grandmother to be my greatest roles. Life has given me many challenges, including the loss of our younger daughter, a divorce, relationship difficulties, having Burnout and dealing with Narcissistic Abuse. All of these challenges have helped me immensely in being able to really understand people, and therefore be a better Coach. I want people not only to survive, but to thrive! As a Coach : I have coached all ages, all genders, varied topics/situations since 2009. I love seeing my clients faces when we have removed obstacles/blockages in their lives. I am a kind, empathetic and encouraging Coach. I believe that we can find a way out of most difficulties. I don't even feel like I work, because I love what I do! School: I was educated partially in the USA, and South Africa to Grade 12 level. University: 5 years. 1 year in USA, and then returned to South Africa to complete my 4 year degree and Teaching Diploma. I have a post Grad Diploma in Sports Psychology. Coach Training: New Insights Coach Training, Neuro-Science training, many of the 6 seconds coaching courses ( global Emotional Intelligence experts) and many other coaching courses to make sure I am up to date. Work: I taught High School for 7 years, I ran a successful swim school, hockey clinics school, ran an auctioneering business for my husband, worked as a Real Estate agent and then have been a successful Coach since 2009.
