I a am multi-talented freelancer, with a degree in BS Nursing. I am very used to multi-tasking and is always goal oriented. I am very comfortable over the phone, I can talk all day or be pretty direct however I am required. I specialize in Sales mostly but also very used to financial accounts and security. I have 5 years total of call center experience, I worked with US based big time companies such as Comcast, Dish, Aetna and Citibank.
