WHAT I'VE BUILT • StatBid, a US ad agency: the scheduling and alerting layer behind about 30 automated checks across hundreds of ad accounts, a product feed audit engine, and AI that rewrites SEO metadata across whole Shopify stores. Two years. • A mentorship company at 50% retention: I led the rebuild of their member operation in HubSpot, with health scores, renewals that run on their own, and AI that reads mentor call transcripts and sends churn alerts to the person who can act. • Ghost: AI personas, generated video and publishing across social accounts, running unattended on Temporal. Empty repo to production in two weeks. • A pool-equipment retailer: every order routed to the cheapest of four suppliers that can fill it, over SOAP, FTP, email and REST, with 17 scheduled jobs keeping inventory in sync. • Revenue Receptionist: an AI receptionist that qualifies callers, books onto the owner's real Google or Outlook calendar and chases the leads that never called back. I was the founding engineer. • Talk Hiring ($1M+ ARR): the AI scoring engine, the live interview service, and the credits and Stripe billing the product earns from. 27 months of delivery. • MindRep: turns books and PDFs into AI-drafted courses checked against their sources, so a non-technical content team publishes without a developer. HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS • A fixed-price first step: an audit, or one workflow live in production. • Then monthly hours to run, monitor and extend it, or a clean handover. • Anything customer-facing or financial waits for a human approval until you decide it shouldn't.
