I have more than 7 years of experience in Porting and Provisioning:  Checking on DID related issues as instructed by my immediate offshore managers - DID Tech Issues: Resolves minor technical issues relating to DID’s  Assist customers through the DID ordering process, communicate with the appropriate party concerned or escalate to the appropriate party  Answer customer and internal employee questions related to DID's  Assisting Account Managers in fulfillment of customer requests for certain features, including SMS, T.38 fax capability, revenue share, provisioning of an order, and other relevant DID requests  Billing Customers for DID - Escalation of Issues to Suppliers - Returning Numbers to Suppliers: Returns unassigned and expiring numbers on Voxbeam, Localphone, Magic to suppliers on a Monthly basis. Cancelling DID’s / Channels - Dealing with Abuse Complaints, RIPA requests, Disconnection requests. - Adding channels to existing trunks  Manage acquisition and porting of numbers into the platform  Oversee configuration and provisioning of new and ported numbers in the inventory  Process orders through calls, tickets and emails. Ensure proactive communication to customers in case of non-fulfillment of orders and escalation to proper party, as necessary  Perform purchasing functions like provisioning & sourcing of suppliers and test configuration as part of quality check  Attend to billing and invoice issues which include resolution of discrepancies and special billing arrangement to selected customers  Monitor returning of unassigned and expiring numbers to suppliers in a monthly basis  Assist on special projects such as administration of maintenance duties, facilitation of porting between carriers, responding to authorities for information requests due to abuse or suspected abuse of services  Run reports as scheduled, review and recommend measures to increase profitability and ensure timely submission  Assist with the account management of all products and services  Perform related duties that may be assigned from time to time  Meticulously perform porting processes and services with respect to ability and quantity of ports.
