Accounting Staff with Virtual Assistant and Data Entry Experience

I’m an optimistic worker and a team player. I can finish given task on time and I can work under pressure. I am an expert in SAP ERP 6.0 application, can generate reports, manage inventory, manage purchases, manage sales orders and customer orders. As a customer service staff I am trained to generate monthly reports such as monthly sales plan, monthly sales result and booking budget for the month. As a staff under inventory management team I am trained to monitor and generate reports of monthly purchases, monthly production plan and monthly consumption. As an accounting Staff with the help also of SAP ERP 6.0 application I am performing duties such as invoicing, invoice verifications and issuance of Statement of Account. I am also in-charge during monthly and annual inventory audit. For monthly inventory my duties are to verify correction of stocks details through checking the actual information versus SAP system information. For annual inventory my duties are to assist Outside Auditors, provide information, evidences, documents and anything they may need during the whole duration of annual audit. I am an expert in Microsoft Office, since my major routine is to create reports either daily, weekly or monthly I got an expertise in most areas of Microsoft Office Excel such as formulas, rule creation and formatting. On the other hand I also got an expertise in Microsoft Office Powerpoint Presentation. This is my main way to show my reports to my bosses either through e-mail, TV conference and actual meetings. .
