My best qualities would be reliability, resourcefulness, experience in multiple fields. I am not a jack of all trades or someone who only dabbles in things momentarily for a shallow understanding. I've used my administrative, organization and technical experience over the years to contribute to the next position and field making me more efficient. Automating tasks has cut down on errors and time. I earned my paralegal degree before my BS in Business. I mention this because of the patience it takes to read through legal documents, insurance policies, ect. I love research. I love looking for the answer. I don't mind saying "I don't know," but it will be after I have made a valiant effort of trying. I've learned over the years, half the battle is knowing where to look and asking the right questions.
