Owais M.

🏆 Top Rated Plus Full-Stack Developer for CRM & API Integration with Odoo; I communicate promptly in clear English. ✅ I offer free revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the agreed scope. ✅ Your project gets focused attention, and I stay with the work through delivery. ⌛ I respect your time and work in your timezone, so there is never a communication gap. ✅ You retain ownership and control of the code, accounts, credentials, and access at every step. ✅ I protect your time and budget with practical decisions and honest progress updates. When your CRM, website, payment flow, and phone system cannot share data, your team loses time to manual work and missed context. Maybe a bug keeps returning, an integration breaks without warning, or a developer takes days to diagnose something urgent. I help connect the pieces, fix the underlying issue, and leave you with software your team can use and maintain. ⭕ WHAT I DO ⭕ • CRM Development & Integration: I build and connect Odoo CRM workflows with call center and billing systems. Recent work included a VICIdial agent screen inside Odoo CRM with agent login, live call feed, customer pop-ups, disposition buttons, call notes, and recordings, plus Dialpad and website API integration. • API Integration: I connect services through REST API endpoints, webhooks, and payment or messaging flows. I integrated call logs, agent activity, and billing sync with Odoo in hours, and connected WhatsApp using the Whatsmeow Go library. I have also built Amazon Connect voice, chat, and email flows, with a Lex chatbot and Python Lambda integrations managed through Terragrunt. • Full-Stack Web Development: I work across Node.js, Laravel, React, Next.js, PHP, JavaScript, and MERN/MEAN applications. In one MERN and Next.js app, I repaired Stripe payment and webhook issues, state management, and AWS EC2 deployment in hours. • Odoo ERP & Ecommerce: I handle Odoo setup, custom modules, Sales, Invoicing, Procurement, and Inventory workflows, including WooCommerce to Odoo migration. My current Odoo work includes a custom Odoo site and module development. • Mobile Apps, MVPs & Bug Fixing: I build React Native features and MVPs, and take on focused rescue work. Delivered work includes a social networking app backend with Firebase and PostgreSQL, plus swipe, audio post, and Stripe features for React Native apps. I have also fixed a Node.js/Laravel LMS bug within an hour. ⭕ WHY CLIENTS HIRE ME ⭕ • I look for the root cause instead of patching symptoms, so fixes address the real blocker and reduce repeat issues. • I keep estimates grounded in the actual work, explain trade-offs, and track only time spent working. • I write maintainable code and build on the stack already in place, making it easier for your team to continue after handover. My background spans backend services, front-end UI work, cloud deployment, and third-party integrations, so I can follow an issue across the full stack. ⭕ HOW I WORK ⭕ 1. Understand: I review your current setup, the failure or bottleneck, and what a successful outcome means. 2. Plan & estimate: I outline the approach, risks, scope, and realistic estimate before implementation. 3. Build in milestones: I deliver in clear stages, test the key paths, and share progress against agreed priorities. 4. Handover & support: I document important changes, transfer code and access, and help resolve follow-up issues. I’m Top Rated Plus on Upwork with $70K+ earned across 28 completed jobs, Odoo 17 and 18 certifications, and AWS certification. I’ve worked as a Team Lead Software Engineer, Odoo Engineer, React Native Engineer, and MERN/AWS developer, and repeat clients have brought me back for second and third contracts. Message me with your current setup and the problem you need solved. I’ll review the details and give you a clear plan with a practical estimate. ⭕SKILLS AND EXPERTISE⭕ CRM Development, CRM Integration, CRM Automation, Full-Stack Developer, Full Stack Developer, Full Stack Web Development, API Integration, REST API, Webhooks, Third-Party API Integration, Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, JavaScript, React, React Native, PHP, Python, Next.js, Odoo Developer, Odoo, Odoo CRM, Odoo Customization, Odoo Module Development, Odoo ERP Setup, Ecommerce Integration, WooCommerce to Odoo migration, Payment Gateway Integration, Stripe, WhatsApp, Amazon Connect, Call Center, Call Center Integration, VICIdial, Dialpad Integration, AWS, AWS Lambda, Terragrunt, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Contact Center, Firebase, MERN, MEAN, Backend, Backend Development, Web Application, Website Development, LMS, LMS Development, Mobile App Development, Social Networking App, MVP, MVP Development, Bug Fix, Bug Fixing, Front-End UI, State Management, Billing System Integration, Amazon Connect Contact Flows, Lex Chatbot, Go, SaaS Development, System Integration, API Development
