AFTER 10+ YEARS IN HR… I decided to stop telling applicants “no” and instead, help them get that “yes.” Most of my HR career was spent in talent acquisition, and I have reviewed >100K résumés and cover letters. I’ve had in-depth conversations with hiring managers and possess an insider’s perspective of the hiring process. In 2019, I decided to leverage that perspective to help my clients strategize their next career move. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO PARTNER WITH ME I excel at skill mapping and supporting clients in strategizing career management campaigns that play to their individual strengths. My direct experience with applicant tracking systems allows me to create high-quality, impactful documents that are keyword-optimized and ATS-compliant. Additionally, I hold multiple certifications and professional association memberships, including: -Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) -Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) -Nationally Certified Online Profile Writer (NCOPE) -Member, Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Counselors (PARW/CC) -Member, National Résumé Writers’ Association (NRWA) -Member, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) EXPERIENCE MATTERS I’ve successfully helped clients targeting a plethora of roles across industries, including: -C-suite Executives & Board Positions -Healthcare & Medical -Teaching (Primary, Secondary, and Higher Education) -Federal Government & Law Enforcement -Information Technology -Hospitality Management -Engineering & Facilities Management and so many more! WHY I WRITE Everyone has a story, even if they don’t know how to tell it. Writing is something that I’ve always had a knack for, and I’m thrilled to have found a career where I can use my talents to shape unique, compelling narratives. I’ve stepped into a job that I love – I want to help others do the same!
