I managed successfully about 2000h project from the design to launch. My task is to understand your vision and goals and deliver your projects on time and budget. My responsibilities are: 1. Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring -build a complete process of requirements elicitation and documentation - organize requirements prioritization - plan and organize change requests handling and documentation 2. Elicitation - understand the needs of multiple stakeholders - facilitate the negotiation of requirements between stakeholders - use different techniques of requirements gathering (including competitors analysis, interview, brainstorm etc) 3. Solution Assessment and Validation - validate solution according to the business needs and initial requirements - gap analysis 5. Requirements Management and Communication - consult a team while development - clarify requirements and handle change requests
