I have been in BPO industry for 2 years now and most of my experience is providing quality customer service in a fast phase environment. With all the experiences and knowledge that i have, I learned how to manage my time and multitask. I also have a background in data entry, encoding, microsoft word, excel and power point and other software knowledge, since I am able to experience the work as Office Secretary and teaching in a school. I am handy both soft and hard skills. I always make sure of the quick turn around of my job as I always wanted to be fit with the clients need.
