As an educator I have learned a lot about what it really takes to help someone learn and as an instructional designer I am able to imitate the classroom experience and turn it into an effective virtual experience. Hello! My name is Lilian and I will gladly help you shape and create the learning experience you have in mind! Let me tell you a little more about my experience and my story: I started my career as a school teacher working mostly with students from Primary School. I taught Spanish, Social Studies and English as a Second Language. While I was still studying, I decided to take a translation course, so I could have another source of income. For some time, I worked simultaneously as a teacher translator and proofreader. When I was finally working on my graduation project, I decided to create e-learning resources, which helped me get involved in my very first e-learning projects. I started to learn the job of an instructional designrer and eventually became one myself. Currently I am focusing my career as an instructional designer contributing to projects that match the experience I have had thorough my career and the new skills I am constantly developing.
