Professional civil engineer with extensive experience in land development, subdivision design, grading design, storm water management, utilities design , roads and highway design and large scale infrastructure projects. I speak English fluently (reading, writing, speaking) and work in both: SI units and US imperial units. I had an excellent experience using: - Autocad (expert level) - Autodesk Civil 3D (expert level) - Autodesk ReCap (expert level) - WaterGems - SewerGems - CloudCompare (for point cloud processing) I am capable of designing water networks (with fire flow demands), sewer networks and storm water networks. Creating plans, plan/profile sheets and design reports. I have also an excellent experience in surveying and mapping, photogrammetry and 3D model construction from point cloud data. I am working with different engineering firms in US (Arizona and Oklahoma states)- owned and operated by professional engineers and I am eager to extend my client network to other states. And do some work in Canada as well. I do the design and drafting myself from start to finish (from concept design till plan production in sheets/sheet sets). Finally, I am able to adjust my working time/s to suit your time zone/s. I communicate with my clients and have online meetings (audio/visual) through different means like: Zoom, Slack, and of course: e-mails and share files or design data through: google drive or one drive (has subscriptions with both) or dropbox. Before starting any project, I do my homework: read and review city or county guidelines, permit requirements, plan production standards and the applicable standards specially for environmental quality control and storm water best management practices.
