I have a total of 10 years of work experience. In 2013-2015, I worked as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on customer service and technical support for an American Telco account. I then started my teaching career online in May of 2015 and worked with 51Talk, which is a Chinese Online Education Group. In May of 2022, I decided to go out of my comfort zone and started doing private classes. Right now, there are 6 students who are enrolled in my class. I also have earned my TESOL and TOEFL certificates, which I think are an advantage. Aside from the work experiences mentioned above, I also experienced working as a part-time cold caller for a medical insurance campaign in 2021. Then, recently, I was hired by an American client who is based in Florida for his real estate business to become his virtual assistant/acquisitions manager/team leader for a direct client who is based in Florida for his real estate business. Part of my role was also to do skip-tracing or lead-mining. I worked for him for over 9 months.
