Growing brands hire me to move to Shopify, set the store up properly for multiple markets, and keep it running smoothly afterwards. I've worked with Shopify for 8+ years, within 10+ years in ecommerce and web development. My clients include Swiss jewelry, watch and fashion brands, and I'm currently building several new luxury stores. I'm the one person who handles the platform, the apps, the logistics setup and the day-to-day management, so you don't have to coordinate five different freelancers. WHAT I DO 1. Migrations to Shopify – Full store migrations from WooCommerce, Magento, Logicommerce, custom platforms and more – Products, collections, customers, orders, redirects and SEO preserved – Theme updates and replatforms that keep your existing customizations intact 2. Custom themes, customizations & ongoing maintenance – Custom themes built from scratch, or premium themes (Prestige, Horizon, Dawn, Symmetry, Empire, Impulse, Broadcast and others) tailored to your brand – All sorts of customizations on top of your current theme: sections, product pages, landing pages and Figma-to-Shopify builds – Conversion rate optimization (CRO): product pages, mobile layouts and cart improvements – Subscriptions and bundles: set up and customized to fit how you sell – Customer accounts and order pages: login, order history and order status pages tailored to your brand – Monthly maintenance and support so your store stays fast, stable and up to date 3. Shopify management – Day-to-day store management: catalog, collections, navigation, content, discounts and settings – Store audits that identify what to fix, what to remove and what to improve 4. Apps & logistics consulting, cross-market – Choosing, configuring and replacing apps, keeping only what earns its place – Multi-market and multi-currency setups: Shopify Markets, duties and taxes, shipping rates and zones – Feed and marketplace integrations, carrier and fulfilment setup 5. Team training & AI-powered workflows – I teach your team to maintain and update your Shopify store themselves, so you're never dependent on a developer for everyday changes – I show them how to use the latest AI tools to work faster and more efficiently, from content and catalog updates to routine store tasks – Hands-on sessions plus short video walkthroughs your team can come back to HOW I WORK I treat every project as a partnership. I work autonomously, send regular progress updates (often short videos), and tell you upfront if a request would hurt your store, then suggest a better route. Clients mention this in their reviews. Intro calls are free. Send me your store URL and what you're trying to achieve, and I'll tell you honestly how I'd approach it.
