Most recently I designed and built the multi-tenant backend of an enterprise AI privacy platform: it routes requests to 150+ LLM models for over a million users across 7 enterprise tenants, with a PII detection engine covering 50+ sensitive data types, strict tenant isolation, role-based access and auto-scaling on AWS. I also lead a backend team on a cybersecurity observability platform, and I've been the long-term technical partner for a SaaS serving auto repair shops.
