AI POWERED AGENTS AND WORKFLOW AUTOMATION A lot of the work is workflow automation rather than screens: lead qualification, follow up, document processing, support triage, internal ops. I build AI powered agents and multi agent workflow automation with OpenAI and Claude, with a human approval step wherever a wrong answer would be costly.
