Power BI, Power Automate & Excel Expert: Dashboards, ETL, Automation

Your business runs on a report nobody fully trusts and a process that lives in one person's head. I turn both into systems you can bet on: Power BI and Excel reporting, the Power Automate and Python pipelines that feed it, and the Power Apps and automations that take the manual work off your team. You did not start the business for any of this. The report takes three days and is stale when it lands. Two systems disagree about the same customer. Someone loses every Monday to work a machine should be doing. And the decisions are real even when the numbers are not. Dashboards, pipelines and apps usually come from three different people, and the seams between them are where the errors live. I build the whole line, from the messy export to the number your team trusts to the app that replaces the hand work. No seams. WHAT I BUILD Power BI and Excel dashboards and financial models: DAX, Power Query, star schemas Data pipelines and integrations: Python, SQL, Power Automate, APIs; QuickBooks, ERP and CRM data into one clean source Power Apps, SharePoint lists and Google Sheets / Apps Script tools that replace the spreadsheet passed around by email Process and browser automation for the work no system has an API for NOTABLE PROJECTS Real estate investment fund, KPI dashboard. Six properties under three property managers, each with its own chart of accounts (154, 311 and 408 accounts), so nothing compared to anything. I reconciled them into one taxonomy, modelled five years of financials on one basis, and published an executive Power BI dashboard where any number on the summary page drills to the property and month behind it. The CIO used it to explain the fund's performance to investors. Insurance billing, claims automation at scale. During COVID a billing operation had to push claims into an ERP with no API. I built and ran a fleet of roughly 50 Power Automate Desktop machines that processed on the order of half a million claims a month at the peak, with exceptions routed to people instead of silently dropped. Mechanical contractor, resource balancing. A resource management system and tracking dashboard across Microsoft Project, Excel and Power BI, so the owner could see who was loaded, who was free, and which jobs were slipping before the week went sideways. Real estate valuation, portal automation. Staff were re-keying source documents into a 559-field vendor portal. Browser automation now reads the documents and fills all seven tabs, then stops before Submit so a person approves the one step that cannot be undone. On a live order: 319 fields filled, zero failures. And a long run of Excel: financial models, forecasting, lead and KPI dashboards, data clean-ups and the "it was working until last month" fixes. If it lives in a workbook, I have probably built one like it. HOW A PROJECT RUNS You send an export or access to the system. I find where it is really breaking, which is usually upstream of where it hurts. A dental practice hired me to decrypt referral emails and automate a federal portal. Discovery showed the emails held nothing worth extracting; the real risk was that the one person who understood the process was leaving. I scoped out three integrations and built the system that outlived her departure. You see something working on your data in the first week. Nothing goes live until you have watched it run. Two things I hold to. I do not guess, and neither does anything I build; when a system cannot be certain it says so and hands the decision to a person. And you own everything at the end: source, documentation, a recorded walkthrough. If I vanished tomorrow your business would keep running. Phoenix, Arizona, US hours. Twenty years, Fortune 500 to solo founders, HIPAA environments regularly. MBA, Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel. Happy to show you on a screen share. Tell me what is breaking and I will tell you what I see.
