Hey there! Let me share a little about my experience as a Virtual Assistant. For over 7 years, I've had the privilege of providing support to numerous clients in different industries. Throughout this time, I've taken on various tasks, such as: ✅ 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: I’ve worked for a Beauty Professional Lawyer, and for a Biologist; Sourced contact information of prospective clients and sent cold emails to generate leads. ✅ 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲: Managing admin duties, photoshop tasks, social media management, and invoice processing using Xero and Wise. ✅ 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚: Created Instagram Reels for a dermatology clinic, presenting their beauty procedures and services. ✅ 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Produced animated videos for my client’s Credit Repair Services, showcasing the positive results achieved for previous clients. I've also edited some of his interview video clips, client meetings, and promotional videos. ✅ 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐛𝐞: Developed and produced comprehensive video reviews about travel essentials. ✅ 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐚: Created activity worksheets, cards, and room designs related to Occupational Therapy; Made visual content for a Driving School's Instagram account. ✅ 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Copy editing and uploading blogs about credit cards, investments, and personal finance.
