Full-Stack AI Engineer | AI Automation, SaaS Platforms & Mobile Apps

If you need someone who can hold the room with your executives and stakeholders on Monday - scope, strategy, the hard build-vs-buy calls and then be in the codebase shipping it on Tuesday, that's the rare combination I bring. If you're building AI-powered apps and platforms and need one senior person who can be accountable for the whole team, work out what's actually worth building, and then ship it into production, that's the work I do best. If you've got a prototype that demos well but keeps breaking the moment real users and real data hit it, and you need someone to make it production-grade, that's me. If the spec isn't written yet, the requirements are still ambiguous, and you need someone who can sit with the product and customers, figure out what's actually worth building, and then go build it, that's me too. If you're a founder or operator who's tired of coordinating a row of specialists and just wants one accountable senior person owning technical decisions and the consequences, that's exactly how I work. And if you're moving into a regulated or high-stakes environment — payments, KYC/AML, credit, healthcare where it has to be reliable and compliant, not just clever, that's the deep end I'm comfortable in. Message me and tell me what is the biggest challenge you are trying to solve with technology or problem you want to solve with a product. Where I do my best work: - Greenfield, ambiguous problems where the spec isn't written yet and someone has to define it before a line of code gets written - Teams moving AI from prototype into real production, where deployment, reliability, and cost actually matter, not just a demo - Founder-led and operator-led companies that want one accountable senior person owning the outcome, not a row of specialists to coordinate - Fast-moving startups and scale-ups where product judgment and shipping speed count as much as clean engineering Ten years on both sides of the table: writing production code and leading the teams that ship it. I've founded and co-founded companies, owned product as the product manager and technical product manager (TPM), done the solution architecture, and operated at the CPTO level (Chief Product & Technology Officer). That range is the point. I figure out what's worth building before I build it. On the engineering side: FinTech payment systems, AI-native and agentic products, crypto infrastructure, and regulated-industry automation across Legal, Retail, Real Estate, and Insurance. The AI work spans LLM and RAG pipelines, NLP, voice agents (Vapi, Retell), Telegram and chat bots, fine-tuned models, and full AI workflow automation, built on OpenAI, Claude, and open models, and deployed into production rather than left in a notebook. Day to day I'm in TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, React Native, and PostgreSQL, building through agentic AI coding workflows. Claude Code and Cursor are my primary development environment. On the leadership side: founding-engineer DNA across six startups, including 1hero (acquired), Inkin (300K users, $2M ARR), and Spayon (55+ merchants, $2M+ processed in Q1, 15-person team). I've delivered for enterprises including Deloitte, KPMG, Google, PayPal, and Wargaming, and I've worn the tech lead, engineering manager and CPTO hats. I'm comfortable in regulated environments: PCI-DSS Level 1 architectures, KYC/AML pipelines, FCRA/TILA/ECOA-compliant credit systems, and SOC 2-ready infrastructure. My current model is fractional and forward-deployed. I can embed as a hands-on senior engineer, lead delivery as a technical PM, or operate at the CPTO level, across one full-time engagement or two to three concurrent depending on complexity. If you want one accountable person owning the outcome end to end, that's me. Technical foundation: - TypeScript / Node.js / React / Next.js / React Native - PostgreSQL · REST & API integration - Claude Code, Cursor, LangChain, n8n - LLM, RAG, NLP, fine-tuning · OpenAI, Claude - Voice AI (Vapi, Retell) · Telegram & chat bots - Payments: Stripe, Plaid · Shopify & Shopify apps - Python, PyTorch, FastAPI - AWS / Azure - iOS, Android, PWA, mobile apps
