Jan Angelo C.

I'm Jan, an experienced e-commerce VA with diverse experience in different business models such as brand, dropshipping and subscriptions. I work in the Gorgias and Zendesk CRMs to help customer inquiries and have used platforms such as Shopify and Woocommerce to navigate store orders. I am well adept in managing orders, as well as handling chargebacks through Paypal, Stripe and Shopify itself. Also, as a freelancer, I've thrived as a live chat operator for North American car dealerships, achieving exceptional sales inquiry handling and appointment set-up results. I boast an impressive typing speed of 70+ WPM and a response time of ~60 seconds. My dedication has earned me multiple awards as the best agent. Additionally, I've successfully onboarded major clients like Lyft during my tenure at the largest BPO in my country. Let's team up and take your business to new heights!
