Coda and Airtable followed in 2020, Zapier in 2021, Make in 2022, AI agents since 2023. Each time I started before the tool was a common hiring category. 120+ contracts and 2,180+ hours later, that is the real skill: I learn a new tool early and know where it holds weight. AI is the newest tool. The craft is the same. SELECTED RESULTS • 4-year client: weekly operations 10h to 1h, forecast error halved, subscription revenue about 3x. • Replaced a store's core inventory system in one planned night, with a rollback plan ready. • Fixed a sync that an agency and another freelancer had both walked away from. • Cleaned up school records that had been out of sync for over a year. I also run my own work on a system I built: an AI agent that handles my tasks, time, notes and research. I use what I build, and I change it when it gets in my way. HOW I WORK 1.
