Pierre Runald F.

I help businesses and busy professionals stay on top of their customers, their admin, and their paperwork, in English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. For more than 6 years I've worked in customer support and as a virtual and executive assistant. I've handled email, live chat, and phone support, booked appointments, managed calendars and inboxes, written reports, run social media, and kept day to day tasks moving so the people I work with can focus on the bigger picture. I also have solid experience supporting an immigration law practice. I prepare and file forms, draft client declarations (asylum, hardship, and others), write letters, communicate with clients and the courts, and keep cases organized from start to finish. If you work in the legal or immigration field, I already know how this works. I know my way around tools like ClickUp, Notion, Canva, Zendesk, Salesforce, Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. If you use a tool I haven't touched yet, I'll pick it up fast. Here is what you can count on from me: Quick replies and clear, friendly communication Patient customer support that keeps your clients happy and coming back Careful, organized help with admin, scheduling, and paperwork Support in four languages, which matters if you serve French, Spanish, or Haitian Creole speakers Someone reliable who shows up, does the work, and doesn't need to be chased I'm Top Rated on Upwork with a 100% Job Success Score, almost 4,000 hours worked, and a 5-star record. I treat every client's business like it's my own, because to me it is. If you need help with customer support, admin and scheduling, or legal and immigration paperwork, send me a message and tell me what you're working on. I'd be glad to help.
