I’m a proactive QA with close to 10 years of experience working with startups, mainly on SaaS and consumer products. I work fast, think critically, and like to dig into both product and technical details. I approach quality as part of the whole product process - not just testing. I try to understand why we’re building something before jumping into what it does. I build test strategies based on how real users think, and I work closely with developers and product to catch issues early and improve the outcome. I’m comfortable defining QA processes, asking questions, and making sure everyone’s on the same page. I care about clear communication, useful documentation, and creating a structure the team can rely on. I also listen actively and try to make collaboration smooth. On the technical side, I’ve worked with automation tools like Playwright (TypeScript), TestNG, Appium, and RSpec (Ruby). I test APIs using Postman and write SQL queries with pgAdmin4 to verify backend data. I usually check the full data flow - not just the frontend. I also set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including test workflows that run automatically on PRs and releases. One area I’ve been actively working in lately is AI-assisted QA - using tools like Claude, Codex, and GitHub Agents to build workflows where agents write and maintain API tests autonomously. I focus on making sure the output is reliable, the coverage is meaningful, and the team can actually trust what the agents produce. Outside of testing, I help shape features, write acceptance criteria, improve release processes, and lead demos. I try to bring awareness that quality is everyone’s responsibility, and I focus on making sure the whole team is aligned when we build and ship products.
