I am a self-taught developer with industry experience using primarily Clojure with some Python, though I have several years of experience working with LISPs and the Functional Paradigm is my core model for approaching software development. I focus on delivering high quality software and web applications rapidly and efficiently using Clojure and Clojurescript, combining an expressive language with the ubiquity and reach of the Java and JS eco-systems. I have hands on industry experience working on internal software infrastructure, dev ops, and web development, as well as having worked on data integration and automation. Outside of my more concrete technical skills, I have a keen eye for wringing out inefficiencies in systems and implementing processes that are ergonomically adapted to human behaviour. Combined with a honed sense for how to generate the most value, I like to think of these skills as a way I can apply my technical mental rubric to wider domains.
