I build ERP systems, and I secure the infrastructure they run on. For the last decade I worked on enterprise network and security infrastructure — Cisco routing and switching, FortiGate and Firepower firewalls, VPN, IPS/IDS, and segmentation (CCNA, CEH v12). That is the layer most ERP projects quietly fail at: the software gets built, and then nobody can deploy it safely, keep it running, or pass a security review. Now I build both ends. ODOO — I implement Odoo 18 for manufacturing companies, especially food and beverage, where expiry dates, batch traceability, and food safety compliance break a standard ERP setup: - FEFO inventory with expiry-driven picking and full lot genealogy - One-click Recall Dossier: trace any lot both directions, generate the PDF, quarantine stock - Catch weight (pieces + weight) with tolerance guards and a weigh station workflow - Hygiene certificates with 30-day alerts that auto-block non-compliant staff from work orders - ZKTeco biometric attendance feeding real labor cost into manufacturing orders - Egypt localization: bilingual Arabic/English, Egyptian payroll, ETA e-invoicing Seven custom Odoo 18 modules written, plus a 10-document technical blueprint and a 22-week implementation roadmap with UAT and cutover plans. CUSTOM ERP — Where Odoo is the wrong tool, I build from scratch on Django and Next.js. Two commercial products: a hospital ERP and HIS with Egyptian healthcare compliance (ETA e-invoicing with X.509 e-seal signing, GAHAR accreditation across 274 standards, UHIA claim readiness, PDPL data protection), and an education ERP for schools and universities. ON-PREM AND AIR-GAPPED — I have delivered ERP that runs with no internet at all: every font and script vendored, zero CDN dependencies, and a hash-chained audit log protected at the database level. If your deployment has to satisfy an auditor, I have done that before. Master's in Computer Science with two peer-reviewed IEEE publications (IEEE Xplore: 10566407, 10753154).
