I've worked mostly with lab reports from Sleep Study centers and I've gotten to appreciate the importance of clearly capturing and documenting the fine and crucial details.My essential tasks include; -Reviewing all faxed documents from the Brightree Document Management system and all other entry points for all required information necessary for order processing. -Classify all incoming faxes correctly, open task notes where appropriate, attach documents to correct patient accounts and/or ensure proper routing through Brightree system. -Assess each Re-order received and identify updates that must be made to the customer’s account to maintain accurate and complete customer information. My school training was more on IT with some bit of web design but I ended up growing in to my job. The same attention to detail is crucial.I have familiarized my self well with,Excel, Quickbooks, and brightree; a software that provides services to the post-acute healthcare industry. I have an excellent PC skills. My technology background gives me an advantage using my PC as a work tool for most of my projects
