Part of my skills as someone who used to work as a Fraud analyst at JP Morgan Chase Bank, Collections Associate at Convergys, CSR and Tech Support at Cellular Country, Appointment Setter at A Real Estate Investor, and as an English as a Second Language Teacher at Dartmouth Language Center are the following: Superb Communication Skills: Being able to speak and deal with foreign customers and students, I made sure that I studied the language so well to help me rectify their concerns using the proper solutions I was trained for and making sure that I go above and beyond their expectations. Appointment Setting: I am good at nurturing leads into a seller or a buyer depending on what the client needs me to deliver. Patient: I used to work as an English as Second Language Teacher for years and my experience has trained and honed me not to take students and customers' negative regards personally and make sure to use them as inspirations to do better so I can deal with their concerns or teach them without being emotional about it. Detail Oriented: I always keep in mind to take every training seriously, to remember all the protocols, and never miss a process on every call. Multitasking: In my line of work, multitasking is a need so I can assure future clients that I can work beyond any pressure, talking, encoding, understanding, and problem-solving simultaneously. Writing: My writing skills are as good as my communication skills, modesty aside. Problem Solution: I never let a call end without making sure that the customer's concerns have been taken care of. My Interest: I am an adventurous soul, I ride a bike, run, join races, and train hard for it. I do it beyond medals and any recognition, I actually do it to have fun, push myself harder into achieving a goal, and enjoy their health and mental benefits. I rescue stray, abandoned, and maltreated cats and dogs and keep them in my own in-house shelter. I post them for adoption when they are ready.
