I build and secure cloud infrastructure for fintechs, banks, and SaaS companies - the kind of environments where downtime isn't an option and compliance audits happen regularly. Currently lead DevSecOps engineer for a SAMA-regulated fintech in the Middle East, where I've taken the platform from a clean-sheet GCP design through to production: fully private VPC, Terraform IaC, GitHub Actions CI/CD with security gates, Splunk SIEM, and SAMA Cyber Security Framework compliance pushed from Level 2 to Level 3. What I do well: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, OPA/Conftest) Kubernetes and container orchestration - CKA-certified CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI Multi-cloud across AWS, GCP, and Azure Cloud security: SIEM (Splunk), WAF, vulnerability management, SAST/DAST, compliance frameworks Cloud migrations: Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise, manual AWS to Terraform IaC Recent outcomes: Drove SAMA Cyber Security Framework compliance from Level 2 to Level 3 Migrated approximately 70 enterprise repositories with zero downtime for an international NGO Saved approximately $280k per year in AWS costs through FinOps automation for a Tier-1 bank Cut deployment cycles from weeks to days at a Middle East banking client (70% faster) Hit 99.99% uptime on a healthcare SaaS platform on Azure AKS Certifications: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional AWS Certified Developer - Associate HashiCorp Terraform Associate Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (SC-200) GitLab Certified Associate I've worked across banks, telecoms, healthcare SaaS, fintech startups, and government clients in the Middle East and beyond. I'm at my best in environments where security and reliability are non-negotiable. If you need someone who can own your infrastructure end-to-end - not just follow instructions - let's talk.
