Hi, I’m Manmohan. I’ve spent the last 17 years working in the IT trenches—specifically in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and MSP support. I have an extensive background supporting US-based MSP and CPA firm and navigating the high-pressure demands of remote support. I’m very comfortable in roles where uptime is the only metric that matters and where proactive maintenance is the key to success. What I actually do: RMM & Endpoint Management I’m a big believer in using the right tools to stay ahead of problems. I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Kaseya VSA for automated patching, agent procedures, and policy enforcement. These are excellent tools for maintaining full visibility and keeping a large fleet of endpoints healthy without manual guesswork. System & Cloud Administration I handle the full lifecycle of a user—from onboarding/offboarding in Active Directory and Office 365 to managing permissions and secure data transitions. I also have 7+ years of deep experience in Google Workspace administration, including migrations, security policies, and email configurations. Network Security & Firewalls I’ve got hands-on experience configuring and monitoring Fortinet, SonicWall, and Cyberoam firewalls. To keep the entire environment secure, I also manage endpoint protection using Webroot, Symantec, Avast, and Sophos. I don’t wait for a breach; I use Qualys and Network Detective to find vulnerabilities before they become an issue. Virtualization & Backups I manage Hyper-V and VMware (ESXi/vCenter) environments and ensure that "disaster recovery" isn't just a buzzword. I stay on top of backups using Veeam, Datto, and Druva so that if something goes down, we can actually get it back up quickly.
