Bookkeeper | QBO & Xero | Multi-Entity, Cleanup & Reconciliation

I’m a bookkeeper and accountant specializing in multi-entity and multi-branch setups using QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Excel/Google Sheets. I’ve worked as the solo accountant for a 20+ branch family‑entertainment business, handling full‑set bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, cleanup work, and reporting by branch/class plus simple consolidated P&L and balance sheet. Beyond day‑to‑day bookkeeping, I help owners use their numbers for decisions: comparing branch performance, tracking margins, monitoring budgets, and spotting unusual trends in expenses or cash flow. I’m used to preparing management‑friendly reports, not just standard accounting statements. In that role, I built a Google Sheets reporting file when existing software couldn’t handle multi‑branch reporting: one‑time journal entry flows into branch P&L, consolidated P&L, and balance sheet, so the owner can see which locations to grow, fix, or close. I’m very used to reconciling bank and balance‑sheet accounts, organizing supporting schedules, and keeping books ready for tax and simple audits. Earlier, I used Accurate daily for mining and timber companies and a clinic; now I also work with QuickBooks Online and Xero and advanced Excel/Sheets for dashboards and financial reports. I enjoy “messy to clean” work: fixing charts of accounts, reclassifying transactions, and setting up simple structures (classes/locations or tracking categories) so results by entity, branch, or project are easy to read and maintain.
