Specialized in cold calling services such as generating leads for real estate investors and setting appointments with the purpose of selling or offering a product or service. My task, unlike calling in Real estate, was to find the leads using the jive dialer in every time zone of the United states at a certain moment of the day, in online directories like Yelp or Yellow Pages but in the case of the attorneys, I would use state bars, law associations, and pages such as Justia or Nolo. I figured how to sound commanding and respectful in order to get in control of every situation to not sound choppy while delivering the script and making this rough audience feel they are talking to an important person who's not trying waste their valuable time and who's actually helping them to develop their business. I had an eight-hour shift and I dialed by myself at least 200 to 300 numbers in a day setting successfully at least 10 appointments per day.
