Hi, I'm Inci. I work at the intersection of SAP operations and product development. With 15+ years of experience in SAP (QM/PP), I’ve been involved in full-cycle implementations, rollouts, and support projects across multiple industries including manufacturing, automotive, and pharma. My work has covered business analysis, fit-gap studies, solution design, integration, and ongoing system improvements. Alongside SAP, I also work with founders and teams to turn ideas into working products. Over time, my role evolved into something broader: → understanding real operational problems → structuring the right solution (inside or outside SAP) → and bringing in the right people to deliver it 🔹 What I help with SAP Projects (Team-based delivery): My core expertise is in SAP QM and PP, where I personally take an active role in analysis, solution design, and implementation. Depending on the project scope, I work together with a network of senior, hands-on SAP consultants (S/4HANA experienced) across different modules such as MM, SD, EWM, FI/CO and ABAP. This allows us to support projects end-to-end, while ensuring each area is handled by someone with real, field experience. Product & MVP Development: MVP definition and product structuring Business analysis and user flow design Internal tools, dashboards, and workflow systems Working closely with developers during build phase Turning ideas into clear, buildable product requirements 🔹 How I work I don’t approach projects as a single freelancer trying to do everything. Instead: I act as a product-minded consultant / project lead I define the scope and structure the solution Then I work with a trusted network of senior SAP consultants and developers This allows projects to move: ✔ faster ✔ more structured ✔ and aligned with real business needs I’ve worked in both corporate environments and early-stage product development, which helps me balance structured thinking with practical execution.
