Anna B.

Hi, I'm Anna 👋 Why are you here? The Upwork search brought us together, because I'm a solutions architect for teams that need their work to actually flow. Together, we solve your most pressing problems and keep new ones from sneaking up on you. Strategic guidance, creative direction, workflows, automations, reporting, and process, all built around how your team really works. My approach is unorthodox. That's exactly why it works. Thomas Sankara said, "We must dare to invent the future," and I took that to heart. Back in 2020, instead of specializing in one tool, I made it my mission to learn them all. 🛠️ Name a business software: I know it or learn it in days. 🎓 Certified across ClickUp, Asana, Make, Zapier, Descript, Canva, & Claude among many. 👀 Featured in ClickUp's webinars, Notion's creator newsletter, The Diary of a SHE-EO, & more. Every choice I make considers how to save you time, reduce your meeting burden, and help your team do more with better outcomes. After a full corporate career and years of entrepreneurship, you get the version of me that's already made the rookie mistakes. My offer is simple: 💬 Clear communication, finished work, no boiler-plate templates squeezing your business into a box. * You'll always know where things stand. * We will get it done. * It will be yours, truly yours. A bit more, if you're still reading 👇 My approach is holistic. I get into the brain of your business and really learn it. I'm a sponge: the more you throw at me, the more I absorb. Then, I craft solutions that fit at every level of your team: * The executive who needs to know where they're most needed * The individual contributor who needs to know who wants what, and when * Everyone in between, finally on the same page What you can get: * Workflows and workspaces built around how your team really works * Creative direction and strategy for your biggest ambitions * Automations that quietly handle the busywork * Visibility and reporting so leadership sees what matters without chasing updates * Process and documentation that keeps everyone aligned * Time-savers big and small, from Canva templates for visual-heavy work to email filtering that declutters your inbox * The unglamorous wins too, like a Google Drive that finally makes sense 📁 What we will NOT do: the over-engineered automation no one trusts, the custom field graveyard, the dashboard so busy nobody reads it. The best system is the one your team actually uses. And because I focus on the full picture, I don't just design how your systems should work in theory. I test and refine them to confirm they hold up in practice. Quality Assurance is a project phase, not a bonus. Every business is unique. The steps you took to get here are why you're successful today. Let's solve what's in your way, and I'll empower you to reach your wildest business dreams. ☁️ Talk soon, Anna 💛
