Looking for a dependable Content Ops & Design VA for your newsletter, course, or online store? I support entrepreneurs, educators, and small business owners with content publishing, course and community management, Pinterest marketing, and store admin — so you can stay focused on growing the business instead of running the backend. Where I can help: 📧 AI-Assisted Content Ops — I turn transcripts and drafts into publish-ready newsletters, show notes, and email copy, scheduled in Beehiiv, Mailchimp, or Wix using documented Claude AI and ChatGPT workflows. Everything is reviewed before it ships, and fully manual work is available if you'd rather skip AI altogether. 🎙 Podcast & Video Support — Managing Riverside recordings, audio cleanup, and publishing to Podbean and YouTube. 📌 Pinterest Marketing — Building out pin strategy to drive consistent traffic and sales. 🎓 Kajabi, Circle & GoHighLevel (GHL) Support — Running the day-to-day for courses, communities, email marketing, and funnels — including GHL pipeline setup, automations, and campaign management. 🛒 Etsy, TPT & Shopify Management — Listing optimization, digital product creation, order handling, and general store upkeep. 🎨 Canva Design — Lead magnets, social graphics, and marketing assets that stay on-brand. Tools I use: Claude AI, ChatGPT, Beehiiv, Mailchimp, Kajabi, Circle, GoHighLevel (GHL), Shopify, Etsy, TPT, Canva Pro, Photoshop, Riverside, Podbean, Tailwind, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion. I'm detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and follow through on what I take on. If you're looking for ongoing support rather than a one-off task, I'd love to hear more about what you need. 📩 Feel free to reach out — I'm usually quick to respond.
