I've been working with customer service and sales for the past 9 years, and through this journey, I’ve worked in companies from different sectors, including call centers, e-commerce, iGaming and many others. This variety gave me a broader understanding of customer needs and how to adapt my approach depending on the context. I’ve also worked as a team leader for 4 years, where I had the opportunity to guide and support others, helping them grow while we worked together toward common goals. I'm a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English, and I have a basic understanding of Spanish. What motivates me is the chance to keep learning and improving, not just professionally, but personally too. I’m always open to new experiences, new challenges, and new people. Right now, I’m looking for a company where I can contribute with everything I’ve learned so far, while continuing to grow.
